Our cookware is designed to enable a frictionless cooking experience. To make cleaning easy, we coated our pots and pans with non-stick ceramic that’s free from harmful chemicals like PTFE (Teflon), PFOA (C8), lead, or cadmium that can be found in other non-stick cookware. 

Our Fry Pan allows for healthy cooking in the kitchen without harmful chemicals: use for slide-off-the-pan eggs, sautéing veggies, and more. Our Essential pan can be used for dishes with stock, dinner parties, and more: it’s bigger and deeper. You can cook with your Essential Pan your baked chicken or cioppino.

Our Sauce Pan can be used for rice, soups, and more. It’s great for pasta sauces or simply boiled eggs. It has a big and comfortable size.

The internal coating is a German-made non-stick Ceramic coating (Greblon). The core of the pans is made of Aluminium with a thickness of 4mm, while all handles are made of Stainless Steel. 

Fully clad stainless steel is durable and excellent at evenly retaining heat. It can handle high-temperature cooking, which is helpful if you're making something that needs to cook on both the stove and in the oven.

Stainless steel does require more cleaning time than non-stick. Our non-stick ceramic coating is built to last, but non-stick pans do need to be replaced more frequently than stainless ones.

Ella products are made without any toxic materials like PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, or other hard-to-pronounce chemicals.

Our products are made for all stovetops (ceramic, induction, electric, gas) and they are oven safe. 

Stainless steel and cast iron are non-toxic, like the ceramic coating, but not very easy to clean since they are stick pans and the surface does not heat evenly, avoiding cool spots and unevenly cooked food.

On the other hand, Teflon is very easy to clean (non-stick), but it’s not versatile (you will need to buy different pans for different kitchen hobs), and it’s toxic.
